Brad Benbow
Brad is a supply chain expert with several years of experience in the logistics and growth investments industry. He brings his unique ability to advocate for strategic partnerships to help companies find new partners and opportunities for innovation. He has managed a brokerage with a portfolio of over $25M, worked with an asset-based company to optimize their fleet generating $5M in additional revenue per year, and completely built a transportation strategy from the ground up for one of the largest packaging companies in the world, leading to $24M in savings to the their bottom line in a two-year timeframe. In addition to his supply chain expertise, Brad has years of experience managing capital investment projects, with total project spends of over $750M. His ability to direct multiple workstreams and manage at a high level, while remaining focused on detail and the customers needs is what has allowed him to let the results speak for themselves in his work over the years.
Outside the office Brad enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and getting on the golf course.
Bennie Routon
Bennie is an expert in transportation and logistics. With over a decade of experience, he applies his knowledge of the industry to equip companies to find cost savings and optimize their processes. He specializes in analytical thinking and has nearly 20 years of experience leading high performance teams. Bennie has been responsible for over $370M in annual spend during his time as a transportation manager for packaging and securities companies. During this time he assessed volatile markets, transportation footprints, and shipment density of companies. He implemented intermodal networks, dedicated fleets, and market correction RFQs resulting in improved service, increased lead time, and a savings of 27% from the cost of original transportation modes. Bennie’s passion is to drive measurable improvement in transportation and production processes coupled with strong results, improved efficiency, and cost reductions.
Outside the office Bennie enjoys being with family, spending time outdoors, and working on automobiles.
